i stayed here for a quick getaway with my family, and staybridge suites really exceeded my expectations. the queen studio suite was cozy and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is perfect for exploring oakbrook terrace and the nearby areas.

However, we encountered noise disruptions from fellow guests at late hours, which affected our comfort. Additionally, the pet-friendly policy could lead to issues with nearby wildlife, particularly coyotes, which we noticed on a few occasions.

However, the experience came with its share of drawbacks. The toilet seemed to have a habit of clogging multiple times a day, which wasn’t exactly pleasant. An apparent refurbishment didn’t quite mask the dated aspects, with furnishings and a fridge that looked like they belong in the 1980s. Multiple instances where the key card malfunctioned also contributed to frustration. Further compounding the issues, the locked emergency exit made quick escapes to your car in cold weather impossible.
